  • Customers can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Any damaged, altered, or incomplete products will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect items received.

  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

  • No refunds on perishable or health-related products.
